Founded in 2009, the Outsiders Festival is an annual event at its 3rd edition in 2011.
The Foundation's aim is to promote, by acquisitions and regular exhibitions, including the annual Outsiders Festival, art produced by people who have not been culturally indoctrinated or socially conditioned.
